What to expect facilitating a workshop

  • We have a limited number of curated slots on the Revival Community Stage, and we balance those carefully for style, energy, and flow across the weekend. If you are not placed on the Community Stage, we will still work to help place you in another performance-friendly space so you can share what you love.

  • Plan to be fully self-sufficient. Assume there is limited lighting, microphones, backline, or AV unless you bring it. For installations, include practical details like footprint, height, materials, anchoring, lighting needs, and any interaction notes so we can support safe placement and good visibility.
No location yet? We’ll match your offering with a Theme Camp space based on what you need.

    • Community Stage
Have a high-impact workshop, activity, or special event built for a larger audience? Request Community Stage consideration in your application.

  • Submitting an application does not include a ticket. If approved, you will receive a unique access code that unlocks the Contributing Member ticket for $125 instead of $175 GA.
