Code of Conduct & Event Policies

In order to sustain a safe and soulful event, this page outlines the expectations for all attendees of Revival. Complete adherence and understanding of these boundaries are considered the minimum requirement to attend Revival, and its collaborative events, for all those in attendance. If you experience an incident at Revival that you believe should be reported to the event organizers, please complete the form at the bottom of the page.

  • Revival prioritizes a safe, healthy environment, encouraging self-awareness over strict prohibition. It's a place for soulful gatherings with responsible drinking and zero tolerance for substance abuse. Recognizing that a health-conscious, family-oriented audience attends, alcohol use is typically low. As our gathering grows, its Alcohol Guidelines may evolve.

  • To serve food to the public you must have a valid food handlers permit. If you would like to share alcoholic beverages, you are required to check for 21+ wristbands, and check IDs. Please place a ‘21 or Older’ sign in all applicable areas and in all areas that gift alcoholic beverages.

  • Public nudity is permitted in accordance with local law, however acts of “expression” that could be considered lewd need to stay away from the public. An easy rule to follow is: within your camp and blocked from view of the pathways.

Camps may host age restricted events, but age restricted camps will not be placed at this time. (

Example, if you would like to have a clothing option camp, it would be considered 18+ and will not be apart of Revivals programing. Though you would be permitted to create a private camping space, as long as it follows the policy of not being viewable outside of the camp.

  • All participants under the age of 18 years old entering Revival will be required to be registered to help identify children who are lost, stray, or have other needs. The form must be completed upon arrival at the event. Should the camping location be unknown upon arrival, that section may be left blank until camp is made & the parent/guardian returns to the gate with the information. The gate will retain the parent/guardian’s driver’s license until they return with their camp information.

Minors must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult whom the child knew prior to entering the event.

  • By registering a camp, you are permitting Revival to schedule events in your camps public space and may have workshops scheduled in these public spaces as needed. Any public events hosted by camps must be submitted as a workshop application, and meet application deadlines.

  • Fire performances must be registered and approved by Fire Liaison and exclusively preformed in the designated area. The Fire Marshall has given their support of fire performances, but has stressed that there is a high likelihood that a fire ban may be placed this year for the area.

Fires are allowed in stoves, grills, burn barrels, or in fire rings provided for such purposes only. Leaving afire unattended for any length of time is prohibited. During certain periods of “high fire danger”, on the authority of the Fire Marshall, fires may not be allowed at all.

  • Generators may not run after 10:00 PM Generators must be be baffled. Cover your generator with a sound shield or baffle, or outfit it with a motorcycle muffler. Generators must sit elevated off the grass ( 2x4s are an easy way to do this)

Ensure all ventilation is safely directed, avoiding any tents or sleeping areas.

  • Revival prohibits pets, except for those owned by Board, Steering Committee, or Build Volunteers working on-site for 6+ days. These pre-approved pets must be leashed at all times as per park rules, clearly marked, and registered with Revival. Unregistered pets, including Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed. Service Animals may enter upon verification & registration at the gate.Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
