The Performance Agreement
Revival 2027 · for bands and DJs accepted to the lineup
Welcome to the Revival 2027 lineup. This agreement covers what Revival provides, what we ask of you, and how show day runs.
Who we are
Revival is run by Our Revival Inc, a Utah nonprofit, in Eden, Utah. It is open to all people regardless of age, sex, gender, race, religion, ability, or income, and does not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, sexual harassment, or hateful speech or actions of any kind.
Your set
Once every agreement is signed, Revival builds the schedule and tells you your day, set time and stage. Set lengths come from your application and what the schedule can hold. Sets start and end on time.
Show day
Check in at the gate as a performer with your act name. Be at your stage one hour before your set and find stage management or the sound engineer. You get a 15-minute sound check. Live music ends at 10 PM under Revival's agreement with the park. Missing gate check-in or your stage call can mean losing your slot.
Gear and your people
Revival provides the stage and a sound engineer. Plan to be self-sufficient for lighting, mics, backline and AV; we will tell you what your stage has. We have your rider and stage plot from your application; tell us below if anything changes. Every performer in your act needs their own Revival ticket and festival profile. You gave us each name and email on your application; tell us below if that changed. Ticketing details come with your acceptance.
Being part of Revival
Revival is a camp-out gathering, and it works best when performers stay for the weekend. Camping near the stages is available for performers. Promotion is part of the deal: follow our accounts, post once to announce your set, and share at least five of our festival posts or stories. Within 15 days of acceptance (3 days if accepted after April 1, 2027), send your promo kit (photos, short bios, links, logo). If the timing won't work, say so. You and everyone performing with you agree to Revival's Code of Consent and Conduct . Revival has an open-container alcohol policy and does not tolerate alcohol or drug abuse. Be present and able to perform at your professional standard while on stage.
Photos, video and the fine print
You give Revival permission to use your act's name, likeness, and photos or video from your set for promotion, archive and documentation, with your handles credited where we can. That includes your promo kit. Final edits are shared with you for your own use. Revival is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your equipment or personal property, or for injury you sustain while attending or performing, except where the law says otherwise. Either side may cancel for reasons beyond reasonable control, including severe weather or a fire or park closure. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and may be signed electronically.
