The Vendor Agreement

Revival 2027 · for food vendors and merchant vendors accepted to Vendor Row

Welcome to Vendor Row at Revival 2027, June 17 to 20, 2027, at Weber County's North Fork Park in Eden, Utah. Getting accepted and getting confirmed are two separate steps. Acceptance means we want you on Vendor Row. You are confirmed once this agreement is signed, and you can sign it only after you have your own contract with Weber County. Who we are

Revival is run by Our Revival Inc, a Utah nonprofit, in Eden, Utah. It is open to all people regardless of age, sex, gender, race, religion, ability, or income, and does not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, sexual harassment, or hateful speech or actions of any kind.

Before you sign

You contract directly with Weber County Parks and Recreation for your booth. Food vendors pay the county a share of food sales and file a sales report; merchant vendors pay the county a per-day fee. Revival charges no vendor fee and does not handle county paperwork for you. We send the county our approved vendor list, and your contract, fees and questions go through the county. You also hold a current Utah State Tax Commission sales tax license, plus any business license or health permits the county, city or health department requires. Upload a copy of your signed county contract and your sales tax license below. Your selling days are the ones in your county contract. No county contract, no load-in.

Your booth

Arrive Wednesday, June 16, 2027 to build, and have your booth open by 10 AM on Thursday, June 17. Stay the full event and strike on Sunday, June 20, leaving no trace. Set up only in your assigned spot on Vendor Row, inside the footprint you gave us; camping behind your booth is welcome. Keep your booth staffed while it is open and never leave it unattended. Sell what you were accepted for. We curate one merchant vendor per category, so check with us before you change your offering. Food vendors keep at least one vegan option and one budget-friendly option all event, at fair prices with no gouging.

Gear and your people

You are fully self-reliant. Revival provides no power, tables, chairs, tents, shade or water, so bring everything your booth and camp need. If you are bringing a generator or anything else that makes noise, tell us so we can place you well. Plan for mountain wind: anchor with weights and straps, not just stakes. Every person working your booth needs their own Revival ticket and festival profile. You gave us their names on your application; tell us below if that changed. Ticketing details come with your acceptance.

Being part of Revival

Revival is a camp-out gathering, and Vendor Row works best when vendors get to experience it too. Promotion is the give-back in place of a vendor fee: one collaborative post with Revival and one share of a Revival post. Any advertising that mentions Revival names Weber County's North Fork Park. Selling stays on Vendor Row, with no pressure sales and no manufactured urgency. If you also want to teach, workshops go through the separate workshop process and stay free and product-free. You and your team agree to Revival's Code of Consent and Conduct. Revival has an open-container alcohol policy and does not tolerate alcohol or drug abuse. Propane fire pits only, no open fires, and amplified sound ends at 10 PM under Revival's agreement with the park.

Photos, video and the fine print

You give Revival permission to use your booth name, logo, and the photos you put in your vendor folder or that we take of your booth, for promotion, archive and documentation, with your handles credited where we can. Revival is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your booth, goods or personal property, including weather damage, or for injury you sustain while attending or vending, except where the law says otherwise. Either side may cancel for reasons beyond reasonable control, including severe weather or a fire or park closure. Revival may cancel this agreement if your county contract or sales tax license lapses, or for a breach of the Code of Consent and Conduct. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and may be signed electronically.
