  • 📋 Extended Perks for Tinker Tribe & Volunteer Leads:

    • Early Arrival & Extra Festival Time: Gain access to the event grounds before the general public to help shape the festival from the ground up. Volunteers who commit to Set-Up Shifts on Thursday Morning Shifts , or earlier, can arrive as early as Tuesday, June 17, 2025, and participate in exclusive early-entry socials and events on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

  • Join us again for a our Volunteers in Play (V.I.P) Appreciation Lake day at East Canyon Lake. We reserve a lake side pavilion and plan a day of music, food and jubilation for all of our volunteers is invited to join us!

    • Community & Connection: Working closely with the Revival team, you'll form deep connections with the coordinators, crew, and other volunteers, creating an unforgettable, tight-knit experience.

    • Hands-On Festival Impact: Whether you’re helping construct spaces, decorate, or lead other volunteers, your influence will be felt throughout the festival, making every moment more immersive and meaningful.

    • VIP Recognition: As part of the Tinker Tribe and Volunteer Leads, you’ll be honored for your contributions in a special volunteer appreciation moment during the festival.

How it works

  • Complete the Contributing Member Application form here, then you’ll be emailed your code to apply at check out to reveal your Contributing Member Ticket. ($100 through March durign early bird sale, $125 druing the main sale)

    First Shift: Receive a Revival Volunteer Shirt and Revival Sunglasses as soon as you check in at the Volunteer Lounge.

  • All volunteers must check in at the VIP Lounge before each shift. You’ll be able to self check in this year with our QR code system, as well as check and manage your shifts here, once we roll them out!

    You’ll receive your shirt and sunglasses at check-in.

Volunteer Lead Opportunities

  • Leads oversee the departments below during the event. Our volunteer leads introduce the volunteers arriving to their shift to their post and provide a 5-10 minute training, and get them set up for success for the day! These on boarding meetings will happen 1-3 times during a Lead shift. And are typically the only time you’ll be required at your station.

    Volunteer Leads are the backbone of our event’s success!

    💡 Your Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding & Training: Greet and train incoming volunteers (5-10 min onboarding, 1-3x per shift).

    • On-Call Support: Be available via walkie-talkie to answer questions and support volunteers.

    • Direct Assignments: Guide volunteers to their designated roles based on their sign-up form responses.

    • Flexibility: Unlike other volunteers, Leads are not tied to a fixed station—they move where support is needed.

    🌟 Perks of Being a Volunteer Lead:

    • Automatic Level 3 perks (50% refund on your ticket + Revival merch).

    • A leadership role in making REVIVAL: Pando a seamless experience.

    • The ability to move freely and engage with multiple festival areas.

    The remainder of their shift they are on call via walkie talkie to provide support and answers as needed to volunteers at their stations.

    These shifts are 6 instead of 3 hours long, but do not require the Leads to remain at their post.

  • Do you love to create, build, or bring a vision to life? The Support Squad is a dedicated team of volunteers who help construct, design, and decorate the festival grounds. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY BUILDING EXPERINCE TO HELP.

    This is perfect for those who love to get hands-on, messy, creative and be part of the REVIVAL: Pando foundation.

    Support Squad also gets first dibs at choosing their camping spots in the trees and shade!

    📅 Pre-Festival Support Squad Opportunities (March – June 2026)

    • One Saturday a month (starting in April)

    • What you’ll do: Storage organizing, structure building, and decor/ambience planning.

    📅 On-Site (June 14-24, 2025)

    • What you’ll do:

      • Load/unload festival infrastructure from trailers & U-hauls.

      • Assemble structures, puzzle together carports, and secure festival spaces.

      • Place rugs, set up decor, and create the festival’s visual atmosphere.

      • Organize supplies and volunteer stations.

    🌟 Perks of Joining The Support Squad:

    • Early access to the festival grounds before attendees arrive.

    • More time to enjoy the space and connect with the event crew.

    • Deeper involvement with the Revival team and coordinators.These volunteers are the champions of erecting the public spaces and places for Revival participants.

    Some help unload and load the festival infrastructure from trailers and U-hauls, puzzle together carports, ratchet down straps, wrestle rugs.

    While others set up need focus on decorating or organize supplies and volunteer stations.

    Our lead will assign you tasks based off your medical questionnaire when you sign up for these shifts.

  • At the gate you will welcome fellow attendees to the event, check for tickets, and distribute event guides. A perfect fit for people who are enthusiastic about meeting new people and greeting them with smiles and excitement.

  • New to 2024, we will be creating a booth for participants to get information on any changes to the workshops or events, lost and found items, and the like. A great way to get familiarized with all the goings on at Revival!

  • Educating fellow campers on our ‘Pack It In Pack It Out’ policies, and creating education on our goals as a ‘no waste’ festival in the future. This includes doing trash sweeps along path ways! Good for those who like to to meander through the grounds, and support environmental education.

  • Revivals Donation based coffee shop! Come spend time hanging out with friends and serving coffee to help raise funds for Revival. Each year the coffee shop raises funds for a specific department or area of Revival.

  • Join the Live Sound Team at Our Revival and ensure the smooth running of our stage events! Start your shift with a quick checkin at in the Volunteer Lounge, then assist our sound engineers and the stage manager with equipment setups and stage decor adjustments. The majority of these shifts will be hanging out listening to the music sets!
