Volunteer Agreement *

Volunteers must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times. Mandatory Orientation (Leads only): Volunteer Leads must attend an orientation session before the event. Volunteers must follow instructions from their assigned Department Heads or Leads. Volunteers must remain at their assigned post unless permitted by a supervisor. If volunteering with a minor, the volunteer must stay with them at all times. Volunteers must follow the instructions of their Department Heads and Leads. Volunteers must remain at their assigned posts for the full duration of their shifts unless given express permission to leave by a supervisor. If volunteering with a minor (as a parent or guardian), the volunteer must stay with the minor at all times. Volunteers have the right to reasonable breaks, water stations, and first aid services. Volunteers should contact their supervisor or the volunteer coordinator if they need assistance. Revival is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all volunteers. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Volunteers will receive training tailored to their specific roles to ensure they are comfortable and effective in their assignments. Supervisors and Leads will provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback throughout the event. If a volunteer encounters difficulties or requires assistance, they should contact their direct supervisor or the volunteer coordinator immediately.

Captured Images Release & Liability Waiver *

Captured Images Release: By volunteering, you consent to your image being recorded in photos, videos, or other media. Revival reserves the right to use captured images for promotional purposes without compensation. Liability: Volunteers assume all risks associated with their participation. Volunteers agree to hold Revival harmless for any claims, injuries, or damages. Volunteers acknowledge that art installations, vehicles, and performances are not operated by Revival and assume all risks associated with them. Volunteers assume all risks of injury, property damage, or personal harm associated with attending and participating in any Revival events or activities. Volunteers agree to hold Revival and its affiliates harmless for any claims, injuries, or damages that occur during the event. Art installations, vehicles, and performances at the event are not owned by Our Revival Inc (501c3) and volunteers assume all risk associated with their interaction with them.

Ticketing Policy *

All attendees, contributors and volunteers of Revival are required to purchase a ticket as a community driven event, all funds from Revival go directly into the event itself. We all contribute to art grants, and the costs of throwing the event each year. Volunteers can earn up to a 50% refund on your ticket through volunteer hours. Earned refunds will be issued 14-30 days after the event. Volunteers must purchase a ticket to enter the event. Visit our ticketing page to learn more!
