To help amazing projects come to life, we’re proud to offer the Revival Grant Program. Whether you’re building immersive art, hosting an interactive workshop, or forming a theme camp, these grants can help you cover the cost of materials and supplies. Read on to learn more and apply!

What are the Revival Grants?

Revival Grants are designed to support hands-on, immersive, and community-centered offerings at our festival. We believe in nurturing creativity and collaboration—while also ensuring that your great ideas have the resources they need to thrive.

Why Do We Offer Grants?

Our community is at the core of Revival. By offsetting some of the costs for materials and supplies, we encourage participants to dream big and create experiences that inspire, educate, and engage. We want to make sure finances are not a barrier to your ability to share something truly memorable with fellow attendees.

- Post-Event Disbursement: Grants are typically paid out after Revival, once recipients provide proof of expenses and a brief recap of their project’s success. Special arrangements can be made for those needing partial funds upfront due to financial hardship.
- Eligible: Materials and supplies required to bring your project to life.
- Ineligible: Tickets, transportation, lodging, fuel, or personal overhead costs.

Welcome to the Revival 2025 Grant Program. We’ve set aside a grant fund to support immersive, hands-on, community-focused projects at Revival. Our goal is to empower contributors who have great ideas but need financial support for materials and supplies. Important points before you begin: Grants are for materials and supplies only—they do not cover tickets, travel, lodging, or personal overhead. We prioritize proposals that offer high community impact: the more participants who can benefit from your project, the more likely it is to be funded. Grants will typically be disbursed after the event to ensure accountability. In select cases (especially for low-income contributors), partial pre-event funding may be arranged if crucial to purchasing materials. Application Timeline: Application Deadline: April 15, 2025 Grant Awards Announced: May 1, 2025 Grant Disbursement: After Revival (with possible partial early disbursements in special cases)

Implementation Timeline

Pre-Event Preparation

Do you need materials well in advance, or can purchases wait until close to the event?

On-Site Plan

When and where will you set up or host your activity during Revival? (do you need placement with a camp or workshop space, out of your own camp and need to be placed on the map, open area etc.) Do you need special considerations (electricity, shade structures, sound permits, etc.)?

Special Circumstances

If you require partial pre-event funding (due to financial hardship or needing bulk materials upfront), please explain the situation.

Indicate how much of your total request you’d need in advance and by what date.

Agreement & Accountability

Post-Event Documentation By applying, you agree to provide proof of how the grant was spent (e.g., receipts, photos) and a brief summary of your project’s impact after the event. A short final report (no more than 1–2 paragraphs) will be required to finalize your grant disbursement. Changes to Your Project If unforeseen circumstances force you to modify your project after being approved, you must inform Revival’s grant coordinator as soon as possible. Partial or full grant reallocation may require approval. Refund Policy The grant is separate from any Contributor Ticket Refund (up to 50% of the ticket price after the event). Approval for a grant does not guarantee a particular ticket refund amount. You acknowledge that Revival may provide partial funding if your project is only partially feasible or must scale down.

Submission Instructions
