In order to sustain a safe and soulful event, this link outlines the expectations for all attendees of Revival. Complete adherence and understanding of these boundaries are considered the minimum requirement to attend Revival, and its collaborative events, for all those in attendance.
Incident Form
If you experience an incident at Revival that you believe should be reported to the event organizers, please complete this form below. Reports will remain anonymous to the public and never shared without explicit written permission from the individual who completed the form.
If you or anyone else has been the victim of a crime, we strongly encourage you to file a police report with your local authorities. If this is an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Reporting an incident through this form, should not be a substitute for pursuing justice through the US legal system.
By reporting an incident, you are notifying organizers of the incident, and thus asking for their involvement in helping find a resolution. Since we are a team of volunteers we ask for your patience, as incidents are handled one at a time.
