Join us in Eden, Utah, June 19-22 2025, For Revival: Pando

Revival 2025 invites you to journey deeper into the heart of community with Pando as our guiding symbol—a living testament to interconnectedness, and the power of collective unity. Rooted in Utah's soil, Pando, the world’s largest and oldest organism, reminds us that while we may feel separate or individual, we are always part of a greater whole. Just as each aspen tree shares a vast, unseen root system, our community’s strength lies in our shared connections and support.

Creative Living

Creative living at Revival isn't about producing conventional masterpieces but about living a life driven more by curiosity than fear. Embracing exploration and self-discovery as daily practices enriches and fulfills our existence. This approach to life is rooted in the pursuit of curiosity and courage. It encourages following your interests wherever they may lead, without being hindered by the fear of the unknown. At Revival, we hope to offer the first steps for anyone daring to be curious in life once again.

  • At events like Revival, the absence of trash cans isn't just a logistical choice; it's a positive, engaging step towards environmental consciousness. This approach stands in refreshing contrast to some music festivals known for their less-than-stellar post-event landscapes. Here's a more upbeat yet grounded explanation of Revival's eco-friendly strategy:

    1. Self-Responsibility: Revival empowers each attendee to take charge of their own waste. This personal responsibility is a key lesson in environmental stewardship, fostering a sense of pride and accountability. It's about being mindful of what you bring and ensuring it leaves with you, nurturing a responsible attitude that extends beyond the event.

    2. Reducing Waste: Knowing they'll need to carry out their waste, participants are nudged towards minimizing their waste footprint. This often leads to innovative, sustainable choices like reusable and biodegradable items, reducing the overall waste generated at the event.

    3. Minimizing Environmental Impact: Without trash cans, Revival keeps its ecological footprint small. This approach ensures the natural setting remains unspoiled, maintaining the beauty and integrity of the environment for everyone to enjoy.

    4. Educational Experience: The event becomes a living classroom for sustainability. Participants learn the importance of waste reduction and environmental care, gaining insights that can influence their daily lives long after the event is over.

    5. Community Collaboration: Revival fosters a unique sense of community as attendees collectively contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and natural beauty of the event space. This collaborative effort reinforces the idea that everyone plays a vital role in environmental preservation.

    6. Cultural Shift: Unlike some music festivals where waste is an afterthought, Revival cultivates a culture deeply rooted in environmental conservation. This mindset shift from mere enjoyment to conscientious celebration makes a profound impact on how events are experienced and remembered.

    7. Proactive Sustainability: By encouraging participants to manage their own waste, Revival isn't just dealing with waste; it's actively preventing it. This proactive stance is a forward-thinking model for sustainability in action.

    8. Visual Testament: The contrast is clear – while some festivals leave a visual legacy of litter, Revival's approach results in a cleaner, more respectful interaction with the environment. It's a powerful, visible testament to the effectiveness of participant-driven waste management.

    9. Cost Savings for Attendees: Revival's no-trash-can policy reduces the need for waste management services and cleanup staff, leading to lower operational costs. These savings are reflected in more affordable ticket prices, offering financial benefits to participants while maintaining the event's environmental and economic sustainability.

Revival's no-trash-can policy and Leave No Trace ethos are more than just environmental tactics; they're about creating a vibrant, responsible community. This approach not only maintains the cleanliness of the site but also enriches the participant's experience, blending enjoyment with eco-consciousness in a harmonious and uplifting way.
