Each year, our event is built from the ground up by a small but mighty infrastructure team—and it’s time to grow that team!
To ensure a smooth, efficient, and fun event for everyone, we are expanding our core team of builders, creatives, and leaders.

Volunteer Opportunities

Before we open sign-ups for Festival Event Volunteer roles, we’re focusing on filling the Tinker Tribe and Volunteer Lead positions— these are the key roles that make everything possible.

  • We deeply appreciate the time and effort our volunteers put into making REVIVAL: Pando a success! In return, we offer some amazing perks:

    🎉 One 3-hour Shift: Revival Volunteer Shirt + Revival Sunglasses (yours at check-in).

    💰 Two 3-hour Shifts: First Shift perks + 25% refund on your ticket.

    🚀 Three 3-hour Shifts: First Shift perks + 50% refund on your ticket.

    🌟 Volunteer Leads (one 6-hour shift): Automatically receive Level 3 perks (50% refund + First Shift perks).

    📋 Extended Perks for Tinker Tribe & Volunteer Leads:

    • Early Arrival & Extra Festival Time: Gain access to the event grounds before the general public to help shape the festival from the ground up. Volunteers who commit to Set-Up Shifts or Thursday Morning Shifts can arrive as early as Tuesday, June 17, 2025, and participate in exclusive early-entry socials and events on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

    • Community & Connection: Working closely with the Revival team, you'll form deep connections with the coordinators, crew, and other volunteers, creating an unforgettable, tight-knit experience.

    • Hands-On Festival Impact: Whether you’re helping construct spaces, decorate, or lead other volunteers, your influence will be felt throughout the festival, making every moment more immersive and meaningful.

    • VIP Recognition: As part of the Tinker Tribe and Volunteer Leads, you’ll be honored for your contributions in a special volunteer appreciation moment during the festival.

    • Potential for Future Leadership Roles: Gain valuable experience and the opportunity to step into key leadership positions in future REVIVAL events.

  • NEW FOR 2025: All volunteers, including Tinker Tribe and Volunteer Leads, must purchase a ticket upfront.

    To continue growing responsibly and ensuring the best possible experience for everyone, we have adjusted our volunteer and ticketing system. This means that all attendees—including volunteers—must purchase a ticket in advance. Volunteers will still have the opportunity to earn up to a 50% refund on their ticket after the event based on their shifts worked.

    🛠 Did you work enough hours last year to earn a discounted ticket? If you believe you earned a free or discounted ticket based on your hours worked last year, please email **Caryn at **caryn@ourrevival.org so we can verify your shifts and provide you with a discount code for this year’s ticket. If you do not receive a code but believe you qualified, please reach out directly to confirm your past participation.

    • Refunds will be processed TWO WEEKS after the event based on the number of shifts worked.

    • Ticket Prices:

      • Early Bird (Feb 1 – March 31): $100

      • Online Sales (April 1 – June 17): $150

      • At-Event (June 19-22): $175

How it works

  • Volunteer Leads are the backbone of our event’s success!

    💡 Your Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding & Training: Greet and train incoming volunteers (5-10 min onboarding, 1-3x per shift).

    • On-Call Support: Be available via walkie-talkie to answer questions and support volunteers.

    • Direct Assignments: Guide volunteers to their designated roles based on their sign-up form responses.

    • Flexibility: Unlike other volunteers, Leads are not tied to a fixed station—they move where support is needed.

    • Automatic Level 3 perks (50% refund on your ticket + Revival merch).

    • A leadership role in making REVIVAL: Pando a seamless experience.

    • The ability to move freely and engage with multiple festival areas.

  • Do you love to create, build, or bring a vision to life? The Tinker Tribe is a dedicated team of volunteers who help construct, design, and decorate the festival grounds. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY BUILDING EXPERINCE TO HELP.

    This is perfect for those who love to get hands-on, messy, creative and be part of the REVIVAL: Pando foundation.

    📅 Pre-Festival Tinker Tribe (April – June 2025)

    • One Saturday a month (starting in April)

    • What you’ll do: Storage organizing, structure building, and decor/ambience planning.

    📅 On-Site Tinker Tribe (June 14-24, 2025)

    • What you’ll do:

      • Load/unload festival infrastructure from trailers & U-hauls.

      • Assemble structures, puzzle together carports, and secure festival spaces.

      • Place rugs, set up decor, and create the festival’s visual atmosphere.

      • Organize supplies and volunteer stations.
