Meeting SChedule
Directive Meetings should be the first week during the month, and the Team Meetings during the second week. Once a set day of the week is decided between teams, the dates will be adjusted. Meeting agendas may change.
During April and May, BOD will attend Team Meetings, in place of Directive Meetings, to free up time for Active Directors.

Fireside Meeting
Augusts Fireside is a celebration for all after decompressing and enjoying the rest of the summer. The Board of Directors will plan and organize this Fireside, with a group outing, food and drinks.

Directive Meeting
Julys Directive Meeting will get updates on departments Keep/Add/Drop. Active Directors should have notes submitted before the meeting to ensure there is time to Celebrate the success of the event and decompress. This meeting is elective.

Team Meeting
Julys team meeting should review a department Keep/Add/Drop to be submitted to Andy. Team members should have notes prepared before the meet to ensure there is time to Celebrate the success of the event and decompress as the department sees fit.

Fireside Meeting
Junes Fireside! The last group gathering before the event, this will be a project night for any physical projects that can be worked on at a casual pace in between food and drinks, a chance for everyone to catch up and connect to find support across departments if they’re needing additional help preparing for personal travel, packing, or Revival related projects to polish up.

Team Meeting
Mays team meeting should be finalizing all at event plans for set up/tear down, arrival times, and on site responsibilities. Purchasing needs should be finalized within 30 days of the meeting. Print needs should be examined, anything department that needs to be in the festival guide related needs to be submitted by the end of May.

Team Meeting
Aprils team meeting should asses individual projects, any additional needs, and may be a co-working meeting if any projects can be worked on together. Any online content that needs to be updated on the website should be reviewed and submitted. Look at ASANA all together and see if there are any projects that need assistance from outside the department. Create an inventory plan, for setting up at the event, tearing down at the event, and gathering materials needed for set up.

Directive Meeting
Aprils Directive Meeting will get asana updates, address any departments that need additional support, and identify department cross over needs for community events. Update budgets according to ticket sales if needed, and start planing shifts for during Revival. Any content from departments need to be examined and submitted by the end of April.

Fireside Meeting
Revivals March Fireside! All directors should anticipate helping set up a short evening for the organization, for March we should plan for a equinox oriented activity, food and drinks.

Team Meeting
Februarys Team Meeting will review the departments asana due dates, update on current projects, and assign tasks for any upcoming community events or deadlines, including content for social media.

Directive Meeting
Februarys Directive Meeting will review department updates, refresh on department challenges from the 2023 event to brainstorm any final projects that should be inputed into ASANA, and review the process for tracking receipts and reimbursements via google sheets tracking. A reminder that after February, new ideas need to be tabled for 2025s planning meetings.

Team Meeting
Januarys team meeting let everyone know that all final goals and plans that the department wishes to implement between January and June, must be submitted by Februarys Directive Meeting. After February, new ideas will be tabled for the 2025 planning meetings. This meeting can a brain storming session to start for those, and possible start assigning projects out.

Fireside Meeting
Revivals first fireside! All directors should anticipate helping set up a short evening for the organization, for December we should plan for a themed gift exchange, food, and drinks, and activity. Everyone is allowed to bring a plus one.

Team Meeting
Octobers Team Meeting will continue any tabled discussions from September, and finalize the departments event and budget needs.

Directive Meeting
Novembers Directive Meeting will review department updates, review ticketing information, and go over department budgets and the 2024 calendar for submission dates and community events, including Decembers Fireside. Novembers Directive Meeting will be via video chat.

Team Meeting
Octobers Team Meeting will continue any tabled discussions from September, and finalize the departments event and budget needs.

Team Meeting
Septembers team meeting will relay the goals from the directive meeting, and designate which day of each month they will meet moving forward, as well as designate an individual to take meeting notes each meeting. Notes will include who was in attendance, who was absent, any projects that were assigned, and topics that are tabled for the next meeting.

Directive Meeting
Septembers Directive Meeting will review the online portal to create ideal needs for each department, assign due dates for department specific launches and events to be submitted, as well as discuss planning for department budgets.
