Join us for Watchmen Training Day, a preparatory step for those taking on the Watchmen roles during Revival, which runs from June 27th to 30th. This training session is designed not only to educate but also to build a community among our watchmen, who are pivotal in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment at Revival.

Training Focus:
- Radio Communication:Learn the effective use of radios to stay connected with the Watchmen HQ.
- Scenario Training: Go through real-life scenarios to understand your role in different situations, including how to gather information and relay it efficiently to the necessary teams.
- Response Protocols:Understand the steps to take from the moment a participant seeks help to the arrival of support staff.

Role of a Watchman:
Watchmen are not security guards or rule enforcers. They are easily identifiable in their bright blue shirts, roaming the festival to assist attendees. Whether it’s a security issue, a medical need, or general assistance, watchmen serve as the primary link between attendees and the organizers, medical teams, and security.

Social Gathering:
Post-training, join us for a social event where food and beverages will be provided. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow watchmen, discuss the training, and share experiences.

This session is one of two training options available prior to Revival. Make sure to sign up as it is mandatory for those who wish to take up watchmen shifts during the festival. Let’s ensure a safe and memorable Revival for everyone!
