Our evolving program now features AM and PM blocks for a balanced mix of physical, mental, and emotional experiences.
Additionally, this year we have allocated a small portion of our budget to support workshops that require assistance with material costs for hands-on and interactive activities, like craft supplies or bubbles. This initiative marks an exciting step towards our goal of creating grants for our workshops, further nurturing a rich and immersive experience for all.
Update, March 16th: if your desired time-slot is closed, fill out your registration for any remaining slot, and make a note of your preferred times in the application. We will make adjustments as needed to ensure everyone is accommodated.

As a workshop facilitator with us, you'll receive an array of support. Look forward to hosting your workshop in at one of our pavilions, or camps , with volunteer help available for setup and teardown if you arrange it in advance. You'll have access to audio equipment like speakers and microphones to enhance your presentation. Our team will be there to provide pre-event assistance and help facilitate collaborations with live performers, adding an extra layer of engagement to your workshop. Plus, enjoy a 50% discount on your event ticket and the opportunity to earn $20 for each ticket sold through your affiliate code.

No, we do not permit charging attendees for workshops. Our goal is to create a community-focused gathering where participants can enjoy uplifting experiences without the pressure of being sold goods or services. This approach helps maintain the integrity of the workshops as purely educational and experiential. If you are interested in selling goods or services at the event, we encourage you to submit a separate merchant application. We believe this separation ensures a more enjoyable and enriching experience for all attendees.

Unacceptable workshops are those that do not align with the values and goals of our event. Workshops that involve hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or promote unsafe activities are strictly prohibited. Additionally, workshops focused primarily on sales or product promotion, rather than educational or experiential learning, are not suitable. We also encourage workshop facilitators to thoughtfully consider cultural significances in their content and ensure they are representing practices appropriately and respectfully. We particularly discourage and frown upon predatory spiritual consumerism, where spiritual practices or symbols are misused for commercial gain. Our aim is to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that respects diverse cultures and contributes constructively to the community.

Typically, our workshops are 1 to 1.5 hours long. While there are no strict restrictions on the length of workshops, please be aware that longer sessions, particularly those exceeding 2 hours, might experience lower turnout. This is perfectly fine if it suits the nature of your workshop, but do keep in mind that finding a suitable location that meets all the requirements for longer workshops can be challenging. However, there are exceptions for certain types of workshops, like foraging walks or mountain biking adventures, where extended durations are expected and necessary. We aim to accommodate a variety of workshop formats while ensuring a great experience for both facilitators and participants.

Yes, you are welcome to apply to facilitate more than one workshop. However, please note that as a facilitator, you will receive only one discounted ticket at 50% off for your entry, irrespective of the number of workshops you host. This policy ensures fair opportunities and benefits for all facilitators participating in the event

We're also keen to expand our offerings for teens, with workshops in hobbies like blacksmithing, leather crafting, and flow arts. These areas represent where we have the most significant potential for growth and improvement. After you complete your form, we will contact you with your discount code to use during check out. This will give you 50% off your ticket. If you intend to volunteer for one of our 3 hour shifts during the event, will select a volunteer ticket to use your 50% discount on. If you do not plan on volunteering one of these shifts, you will your discount on a standard ticket.

Select the 7:00 AM time slot for workshops and events that will take place between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. (Ex. If you want your workshop to be at 11:00 AM, still select the 7:00 AM block, you will have an opportunity to list your desired times in the form)
Select the 2:00 PM time slot for any workshops or events that will take place between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM or later. (Ex. If you want your workshop to be at 4:00 PM, still select the 2:00 PM block, you will have an opportunity to list your desired times in the form)

After you complete registration, we will contact you with your custom affiliate link. If you promote your workshop via social media this will earn you $20 toward full price volunteer or standard tickets purchased through your link.
