Hosting Ceremonies
CEREMONY APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2023
Thank you for your interest in sharing your gifts and bringing your knowledge and wisdom to Revival 2023.
Our ceremony program is meant to introduce participants to new practices for grounding, inner peace, introspection, and healing. Ceremonies come in a variety of forms, from a variety of historical and cultural back grounds.
We ask that facilitators of ceremonies that have been westernized, and modernized, either commit to a workshop on the cultural significance of their ceremony, or include a portion of their ceremony slot/time to education. Education portions must include origins, significance, appropriate and inappropriate adoption examples, and share their personal relationship to the ceremony.
A few key points are important to consider when applying to host a ceremony:
Ceremony facilitators are offering a guided experience, to help an individual answer their own questions, not giving them answers.
Participants are fully informed on the contents of any ingestible, including safety and allergen information. (i.e teas, tinctures, grounding refreshments etc.)
Participants are encouraged to reach out to facilitators if they would like to establish a dynamic after Revival. Self-promotion of healing services or ceremonies should not be discussed during a ceremony.
Ceremony facilitators receive 50% off their tickets, as well as an affiliate code to receive additional compensation. For every ticket purchased using your affiliate code, you will receive $20, for yourself or to be donated to one of our local, partnered non-profits. We have merged ceremonies with our Workshops application, but do not have any scheduling parameters that need to be followed. Read more about workshop scheduling here . Once your application is accepted, you will be contacted by our workshops team to discuss further details and confirm your place at Revival.
